Itinerary
Upon arrival, meet by our representative and proceed for a half-day tour of Kathmandu city. Visit
Pashupatinath Temple, the holiest Hindu Temple dedicate to Lord Shiva, situated at the bank of
the holy river called Bagmati. This is the place where you can see cremations. Also visit
Bouthanath Temple, the largest stupa of the world, where it stands with four pairs of eyes in the
four cardinal direction keeping watch for righteous behavior and human prosperity.
After breakfast, proceed for 5-hour drive to Chitwan National Park for an enduring safari
experience in a world of lush sub-tropical jungles, tall elephant grass, lakes and rivers. Check in
and you will be briefed about the program for your two nights here. Chitwan, which means the
heart of the jungle, is also one of the finest national parks in Asia, renowned for its dense
concentration of wildlife. Rest of the day is free to relax in the natural surroundings.
Full day enjoying activities such as canoeing down the Rapti River, watching birds flock along the
river while small crocodiles are often found along the river bank as we float past. A jaunty ride on
elephant back into the jungle, for a chance to glimpse the ever elusive wildlife such as one-
horned rhino, deer or even a Bengal tiger in their natural habitat. In the evening enjoy a camp fire
with a cultural dance in the night.
After breakfast proceed for a 4-hour drive to Pokhara, the most beautiful city of Nepal, situated in
the lap of Annapurna Himalayan range. View the famous ‘fishtail’ spire of Machhapuchhare which
seems almost within arm’s length from Pokhara , blessed with pristine air, serene lakes and
stunning panoramic views. On arrival, rest of the day is free to explore.
After breakfast, proceed for an hour drive to the village of Dhampus. On arrival, check into a local
teahouse. Spend the rest of the day mingling with the villagers as you get an opportunity to
experience the cultural life of people living in hills or simply relax in the natural surroundings.
Enjoy the beautiful sunset view in the evening.
Wake up early in the morning for the sunrise view of the panoramic mountain range such as
Annapurna, Fishtail, Dhaulagiri and many more. After breakfast, we will start gently and climb up
through rhododendron and oak forests till we reach Australian Camp. After lunch, descend to
Dhampus follow by car transfer back to Pokhara for overnight stay. Today’s trek is approximately
5 hours.
After breakfast transfer to airport for flight back to Kathmandu. On arrival, meet and transfer to
hotel for check in and rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
